A plain-language audit of the Meta pixel, the Conversions API, and GA4, so ad spend is not being judged on broken events.

  • PageView is firing once.
  • Purchase is listed twice.

A monthly retainer that turns episodes you already recorded into short, captioned clips. You review them. You post them.

  • Captions checked against the audio, plus a title you can edit.
  • Nothing is posted on our channels. Samples stay private.
  • The monthly size is agreed in writing, around how often you publish.

How it works

You approve anything that would be published, posted, or changed in an account.

  1. You write. Tell us the service and the business. Email is enough.
  2. We confirm the price. Scope and price in US dollars, before the work starts.
  3. You send what we need. Photos, a logo, episodes, or the least access the job requires. Only material you have the rights to use.
  4. You approve it. AI tools draft. A person checks. Nothing goes out until you say so.

A few ground rules

The useful part is the job itself. This site does not borrow proof it does not have.

We will

  • Agree the price in US dollars, in writing, before work starts.
  • Keep products, properties, and business facts as they are.
  • Label altered images where that matters, including virtual staging.
  • Stop emailing the moment you ask.

We will not

  • Invent reviews, testimonials, features, or results.
  • Post your clips or photos on our own channels without written permission.
  • Promise rankings, sales, or ad performance.
  • Use photos or recordings you do not have rights to.
  • Put analytics or advertising pixels on this website.

Who is this for?

Small businesses in the United States. The Google Presence Kit is aimed at local businesses such as contractors. Product images are for stores. The listing kit is for real-estate listings. Tracking is for businesses running ads. Clipping is for podcasts and webinars.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You approve the work. For tracking, we ask for the least access that lets us see the setup, and you can remove that access afterwards. We do not ask for your passwords.

How fast is the website or the listing kit?

We aim to take the five-page site live within 72 hours of receiving your logo, photos, business details, and approval to publish. We aim to deliver the listing kit within 48 hours of receiving your photos and listing details. If something is missing, we say so rather than invent it.

Will review replies go out on their own?

No. The care plan drafts replies. You approve them before they are posted. We do not offer incentives for reviews, and we do not hide reviews.

Why does podcast clipping say pricing on request?

The monthly price is not final, so this site does not show a number. Tell us how often you publish and how many clips you want, and we will quote it in writing.

Can you guarantee more calls or a higher ranking?

No. We can make a presence complete, tracking honest, and files ready. We cannot control Google, Meta, or your customers.

When do you reply?

During US business hours. The work is remote: email and video call. There is no office visit.

How do I stop emails?

Reply “no” to any email from us, or write to [email protected] with Unsubscribe in the subject. The details are in the privacy policy.
